Cooking since 1882, the Cookhouse is a farm to table, scratch kitchen featuring locally sourced ingredients. Experience hearth cooking at its finest by sharing dishes crafted in Wyoming tradition. With a focus on showcasing Wyoming beef, the livestock industry, wild game and local produce, the TA Ranch mission is to reconnect consumers to our agricultural heritage.

Fit for the Cattle Baron or Cowboy alike, the TA Ranch offers dining experiences. We are primarily agricultural producers with hay and cattle operations, sale horses, and bees for our honey. This doesn’t include our hobby chickens, ducks and five adorable but useless goats. Dress up, dress down, we don’t care because you can always catch us pitching hay before coming in to cook.
