Seasons Menus

Working closely with local producers, Cookhouse menus focus on availability, ethical and local sourcing and seasonal flavors. Menus work with traditional Wyoming meats from Wild game to all local Meat producers. The Cookhouse also feature specialty seafood and fish but while our menus are always changing, as a working cattle ranch, we guarantee Beef is always on the menu.

The Cookhouse is perfect for your special occasion. Private dining experiences are available with exclusive multi-course menus developed and sourced by our Chef’s just for you.

Chef’s Tables are paired expertly by Uncle Andy our amateur sommelier. Wines are purchased through our elite provider that only sources wines produced by small family vineyards in limited edition batches.
